The Observatory of Cuban Labor Export Programs (OCLEP) collects confidential testimonies, complaints, and information from Cuban medical professionals—both on the island and abroad—as well as from relatives, witnesses, and others connected to Cuban Medical Missions. Your contribution helps document potential violations of international labor standards, coercive labor practices, human rights abuses, and the broader crisis affecting the Cuban public health system.

All information you submit will be encrypted and stored on a protected server, and will never be shared with third parties. Only authorized OCLEP administrators can access the data for the purpose of verification, analysis, and preparation of anonymized reports.
